LED Chromotherapy

Our sauna uses different colors of LED lights to promote your mental and emotional wellbeing. This can help manage mood swings, anxiety, and various symptoms. (For example, blue light can reduce inflammation, while red light can improve circulation and reduce pain.)

Himalayan Salt

Our sauna uses Himalayan  salt, a mineral known for its air purification, detoxification, and skin health properties. When heated, it releases negative ions that can help improve respiratory issues often seen in MCAS, improve skin issues related to MCAS or EDS, and promote overall respiratory health.
