Meet your lifestyle health & functional nutrition coaches

Emily is a certified holistic health coach dedicated to helping individuals manage chronic illness and take charge of their health. She works primarily with clients dealing with autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, gut health issues, and other long-term conditions. Emily is currently pursuing her certification as a personal trainer to further enhance her ability to support her clients in achieving their wellness goals.
Emily’s passion lies in empowering others to feel heard, supported, and in control of their health, especially those who feel overwhelmed by chronic illness. Having personally navigated the chaos of the medical system and the frustration of feeling helpless with her own health, she is committed to ensuring that others never have to face these struggles alone.
Her approach to coaching is compassionate, patient-centered, and focused on making health and healing feel fun and achievable—never intimidating. Emily helps clients recognize that, despite chronic conditions, thriving is possible, and she celebrates every step of progress along the way.
Outside of her coaching work, Emily enjoys curling up with a good book, spending time with her children, and looking for ways to expand her knowledge and grow in every aspect of her life.

Yentl Burgos is a certified health coach, having earned her certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2014. Her passion for nutrition began after years of managing an intolerance to animal protein, which eventually developed into a severe allergy. This personal journey inspired her to research and learn how to maintain optimal health using alternative food sources, leading her to become a health coach.
In addition to her work in nutrition, Yentl is a single mom, a hair stylist, and a business owner. She integrates her nutrition expertise into her everyday life and her work behind the chair, helping her clients by educating them on the foods that promote hair growth and reduce hair loss.
When she’s not working at Connective Wellness, or her salon, Yentl enjoys being a homebody, indulging her love of books, and embracing the passionate, determined energy of her Scorpio nature.
