Christina is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with over ten years experience in healthcare. She has always remained open to all modalities of care; remembering no two people are the same.
After the birth of her first child, she found herself in search of a functional medicine practitioner; this time as the patient. With aligned guidance and support, she felt empowered to take responsibility for her own heath and ultimately heal. She received her functional medicine and nutrition certificate soon after.
She now addresses health conditions with a wide lens, able to traverse in and out of different modalities as needed. With this approach, she is able to provide both comprehensive and collaborative care to address the complex health needs of those navigating the intricacies of Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), chronic pain, and related challenges.

The CCC is your gateway to personalized, integrative care at Connective Wellness. During this in-depth, 75- to 90-minute session, your primary care Integrative Health Practitioner will thoroughly review your health history, current concerns, and wellness goals. Expect a thoughtful, whole-body approach that considers your physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors. Together, we'll craft a tailored plan to support your ongoing health and vitality. The CCC is the foundation of your journey with us—and the start of something transformative.
Investment: $250 -
The PCS is designed to keep you on track with your personalized wellness plan. During this 45- to 60-minute follow-up appointment, your Integrative Health Practitioner will review your progress, adjust your care plan as needed, and address any new concerns or goals. This is also a key time to evaluate who else you may need on your care team, whether that’s another expert at Connective Wellness or one of our trusted providers affiliated with local hospitals. The PCS ensures that your path to wellness evolves with you, offering ongoing support and care as we move forward together. Stay connected to your health journey with regular PCS check-ins.

The Medication Management Session is a quick, 15- to 20-minute appointment focused on reviewing and managing your current prescriptions. During this session, your Integrative Health Practitioner will ensure your medications are aligned with your evolving care plan, address any side effects or concerns, and make adjustments as necessary. This session is a streamlined way to stay on top of your medication needs, ensuring your treatment continues to support your overall wellness.
